Conference Registration
Register below for the 111th Association of American State Geologists Annual Meeting in Butte, Montana at Fairmont Hot Springs, June 9-13, 2019.
Registration for AASG members, associates, honorary, emeriti, and professionals attending the conference includes:
- Welcome reception
- Attendance to all conference sessions
- Meals (except those labeled as on-your-own, refer to the Program for more info)
- Tuesday afternoon Mid-Meeting Field Trip: “Beneath Butte”
- Tuesday evening post-field trip barbeque
- Wednesday evening closing reception and banquet
Guest registration includes:
- Welcome reception
- Breakfasts Monday through Wednesday
- Meals (except those labeled as on-your-own, refer to the Program for more info)
- Tuesday afternoon Mid-Meeting Field Trip: “Beneath Butte”
- Tuesday evening post-field trip barbeque
- Wednesday evening closing reception and banquet
You must register separately for the
- Sunday Pre-meeting field trip to Quake Lake and southwest Montana,
- Guest field trips on Monday (Ruby River Valley and Virginia City), Tuesday morning (Behind Butte – a walking tour), and Wednesday (Philipsburg and Sapphire Mining) and
- Thursday Post-Meeting Field Trip to Gates of the Mountains
Should guest field trips fill up, we will open registration for alternative trips.
Dates to remember:
- February 12 Registration opens
- May 1 Early registration ends / Late registration begins
- May 1 Hotel room block rate registration closes
- May 27 No Refunds will be provided after this date (All refunds require W9 form to be completed and a refund check will be mailed to you.)
Please be sure to complete all information fields when registering for conference events and dinner selection for the Wednesday night banquet (if you have special diet needs, contact us). You should receive an itinerary and receipt (if requested) within a few minutes of registration. We will send a second confirmation with 24 hours.
