Biography & Research Interests

Ryan is a research geologist with a background in oil and gas and mining. His research focuses on coal deposits, REE potential, and petroleum geology. His geologic interests include: sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy, structural geology, paleontology, carbonates, geologic outreach and teaching, and geologic analogue modeling.
