The Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology is tasked with not only researching Montana's natural resources, but also getting that information out to the citizens of Montana. We have a Publication Sales Office in Butte, and a smaller one in our Billings office, though we make many of our sales online, and offer a large number of publications free for download.
